Ryan Leung
Creative Director
Ryan’s career background is as colorful and cheerful as his character. Worked for internationally renowned salons such as Dessange Academy, Jean Louis David, Kim Robinson Studio and Mandarin Oriental Salon, Ryan has embraced the French haircutting and coloring techniques and trained intensively for 10 years by mentor Lorena Severi, a World Champion of Hair Design winner. Creative, astute and energetic, Ryan has styled known celebrities including Mr. Massimo Ferragamo, Mr. Hideyoshi Nakata(中田英壽), Ms. Kelly Chen(陳慧琳), Ms. Cathy Chui(徐子淇), Ms Vicky Chan and Ms. Yvette Yung(榮文蔚).
Ryan is very happy here at Saloon to share his passion for life, beauty and of course, everything about hair styling.

Herbert Wu
Hair Artist
Herbert Wu is a well-seasoned professional hair stylist who has been in the Hong Kong see since 1989. Herbert is an expert in cutting edge techniques, color correction and grey coverage of Caucasian and Asian hair all of these learned during his advanced training in the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London and latter mastered in the Jean Louis David Coiffeurs in Paris. Herbert places high value on building relationships with his clients, understanding how to best meet their needs always keeping the highest respect to his client's hair innate rhythm.

Royjo Kwan
Hair Artist
Trained and mentored by Kim Robinson, Royjo comes with over 16 years of hairdressing experience.
He is gifted at revealing his clients’ natural beauty with styles that last. From polished salon looks to everyday hairstyles, Royjo’s approach to styling comes from his belief that hair should be allowed to live and breathe in its best state with minimum maintenance. His passion and expertise have led him to work with celebrity clients, including Ms. Maria Sharapova and Ms. Sandy Lam, as well as luxury brands such as Cartier, Christian Dior and Louis Vuitton.

With over 30 years of experience in the hair industry, I am passionate about crafting unique hairstyles that empower both men and women. From a young age, I aspired to be an exceptional hairstylist, believing that a well-designed hairstyle can significantly enhance one’s overall appearance.

I have had the honor of working in some of Hong Kong's most prestigious salons, including the Mandarin Hotel and Kim Robinson. These experiences have provided me with invaluable training and the opportunity to work with discerning clients. My career highlights include participating in high-profile fashion shows, styling for fashion magazine shoots, and creating looks for television commercials. Additionally, I have collaborated with numerous celebrities as a hairstyling consultant, bringing their visions to life.

I am committed to using my expertise to help clients express their individuality and confidence through beautiful, personalized hair designs.
Hair Artist
Nathan experienced in the hair industry for more than 8 years.
He has worked passionate and deeply influenced by his sifu – Lorena Severi and Ryan Leung.
Nathan joined Jean Louis David Hong Kong in 2015 where his reputation for prominent hairstyling technique and gracious hospitality is established.
He had been training in the haircutting skill & coloring concepts in the Jean Louis David Coiffeurs in Paris. His international experience brings his dream to become a great hair artist.
He has great communication skills, he focuses on deep consultation to listen and analysis of hair textures to design the best hairstyles to fit the face shape.
Nathan shares his philosophy and enjoys creating a meticulously personalized look for each guest.

Joliet Chan
Makeup Artist & Beauty Advisor
Joliet is a professional makeup artist, semi-permanent makeup technician and lash technician. Beauty and makeup have always been her passion. With her beauty motto Be Your Most Beautiful Self; Joliet believes that everyone should feel beautiful no matter who they are. She worked as a freelance makeup artist in Sydney, working along photographers, models and designers on photoshoots, films and runway. Joliet has recently moved back to Hong Kong to further pursuit her career.

Ashley Yeung
Professional Makeup Artist
Ashley Yeung is a highly skilled and dedicated professional makeup artist who possesses a deep belief in the inherent beauty of every individual. With her expertise, she has the ability to enhance and accentuate their unique features, allowing their true beauty to shine through. Ashley's extensive knowledge spans across various areas of makeup, including bridal, event and red-carpet, TV show, and stage makeup, among others.

Throughout her career, Ashley has collaborated with numerous artists and key opinion leaders (KOL) in television programs and beauty contests, showcasing her talent and creativity. Her passion for the art of makeup is evident in her work, as she consistently strives to bring out the best in her clients and leave them feeling confident and radiant.

Ashley finds great joy in her role at Saloon, where she can share her unwavering passion for all things beauty and makeup. Her commitment to her craft and dedication to her clients make her a valuable asset to any project or event. Candy Au Yeung
Manicurist & Pedicurist
Candy Over 30 years of experience in manicure and pedicure in Shangri-La Hotel and other famous salons in Hong Kong. Candy is a very talented and professional Nail technician. She has a great attention to detail in her work and takes very good care of her clients making sure what is best for your nails and hand care are refreshing. Saloon is honored that Candy joins us and appreciates the teamwork culture here.

Jenelyn Ansugan
Guests Service Representative
She is a determined individual who fearlessly pursues her dreams despite the challenges we face. After completing her Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship at the University of Southeastern Philippines, she ventured into a career in Hong Kong in 2017. With over 7 years of experience in roles such as Hotel Receptionist, Loan Processor Officer, and Personal Assistant, Jenelyn's passion for beauty led her to become a Customer Service Representative in a Saloon Team.

Although she initially lacked experience in the beauty industry, Jenelyn's dedication and eagerness to expand her knowledge drove her to seize the opportunity. She is committed to continuous improvement and providing quality care to ensure utmost client satisfaction. Jenelyn has established herself as a versatile and passionate professional, building strong relationships with clients and co-workers. She is skilled in administration, finance transactions, and possesses excellent time management abilities.

With her superior knowledge of the customer service industry and her readiness to contribute, Jenelyn is prepared to join her chosen team and make a significant impact.
